What can be returned? 

Most unused and unworn items in their original packaging are eligible for return. This includes any clothing or accessories that don't meet your expectations. See the exceptions below.

Non-returnable items:

• Items used or washed
• Items missing original tags or packaging
• Downloadable products

How to return an item

Contact us: Before returning anything, send us an email at {email address} to let us know what you're returning and why. This helps us process your return faster.

Pack it up: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, if possible.

Ship it back: You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable service with insurance for valuable items.

We'll process your return: Once we receive your item and approve your return request, we'll issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within [number] business days. You'll receive a notification email when your refund is complete.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? No problem! Follow the same return process outlined above and let us know what you'd like to exchange for in your email. We'll do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
